Newcomer of the year?? Should it be Freshman or player who has already played more than one complete college season? My though, correct me if im wrong should be a Freshman who is in first college season. Not someone who has already played 3 seasons of college basketball. Someone who is in 2nd, or even 3rd season is not a newcomer to college basketball.
